Most non-profit organizations and public school districts are eligible to receive grants, however some organizations can present a much stronger competitive case for grant support than others. RJMA has identified 20 unique applicant characteristics that grantmaking organizations consider carefully when scoring grant proposals. RJMA uses the On-site Grants Development Feasibility Study to assess each of these unique characteristics.
A scoring matrix is used that produces an objective assessment of organization's overall competitive grantseeking strength. The findings are reported back to the organization in a 15 to 20 page report containing an estimate of what we believe the organization can secure in the next 12 to 24 months.
