On-site Grants
Development Feasibility Studies:
Most non-profit organizations and public school districts are eligible to receive grants, however some organizations can present a much stronger competitive case for grant support than others. RJMA has identified 20 unique applicant characteristics that grantmaking organizations consider carefully when scoring grant proposals. RJMA uses the On-site Grants Development Feasibility Study to assess each of these unique characteristics. A scoring matrix is used that produces an objective assessment of organization's overall competitive grantseeking strength. The findings are reported back to the organization in a 15 to 20 page report containing an estimate of what we believe the organization can secure in the next 12 to 24 months. |

This report also includes specific recommendations on ways that organizations can maximize their competitive grantseeking strengths and minimize their weaknesses. The fee for this study is $2,900 plus round trip travel expenses for one person to and from your location. This fee is refundable to the organization should it elect to retain RJMA for additional grants development services. |
