Instrument Practical (Flight) Checklist

Flight Experience (FAR 61.65) 50hrs PIC x-country including solo x-country time as a student
  40hrs of actual or simulated instrument time, 15 of which must be provided by a CFII, and 3 hrs of which must be completed within 60 days of the checkride.
  One x-country flight of at least 250 miles along airways or ATC-directed routing, with instrument approaches at each airport (minimum of three different instrument approaches).
